Say No To Bullying!

I have teamed up with Stand For The Silent to take a stand against bullying. Stand For The Silent is an organization started in 2010 by a group of students from Oklahoma after they heard the story of Kirk and Laura Smalley’s son, Ty Field-Smalley. At eleven years-old, Ty took his own life after being suspended from school for retaliating against a bully that had been bullying him for over two years.

Over the last four years they have traveled to over 1,000 school and spoken to over 1 million students about the harm that bullying can do. In that time they have saved countess lives. Bullying is not a small problem. 55,000 children have taken their lives in the last 7 years due to being bullied. That’s almost 1 child per hour for the last 7 years.

Stand For The Silent relies on donations in order to travel to these schools and spread their message. I feel so strongly about this cause because I too was bullied as a child and I understand the pain. Therefore, I have made the pledge to donate half the sales of my anti-bullying song, Kill Me Now, and all related merchandise to their organization. I am asking all of you to please find it in your heart to make a purchase and help this great organization continue to do it’s important work.

    Kill Me Now

    J Knight

    Verse 1.
Words cut like the sharpest knives. A trail of pain is left behind. We live in fear of constant torture. The cycle ends your reign is over.

    PRE-CHORUS:
YOU TEASE AND SCREAM AND CALL US NAMES CUZ IT MAKES YOU FEEL SO SUPREME. CUZ YOU'VE GOT THIS PAIN DEEP IN YOUR HEART. WELL WE JUST DON'T CARE THAT'S NOT OUR FAULT. WE DON'T CARE WHAT YOU SAY.

    Chorus:
Kill me now. I just can't stand to see your face. Kill me now. I've got to get out of this place now. Kill me now. I'm gonna be someone someday. You better kill me now or just shut up and get out of my way.

    Verse 2:
Think it through you can't undo. Am I getting through to you. Don't you push me and don't you blame me. I won't back down. Won't someone save me?
